All the texts, photographs, illustrations and videos on this site are the property of ARTIP Communication or are used with the agreement of their authors. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Personal data (GDPR)

ARTIP Communication is the data controller for the data collected on this site. We collect only what is necessary in order to reply to you.

What we collect

Quote form: name, company, email, telephone, and the description of your project. Customer account (optional): your email address and a password, stored in encrypted form and never readable by us.

Why

Solely to prepare your quote, to follow it up and to keep a record of our business exchanges. No data is sold, rented or passed on to a third party for advertising purposes.

For how long

Quote requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted automatically. Customer accounts remain active for as long as you use them; an account with no login for three years is deleted. Technical anti-spam logs are erased within a few hours.

Where

The data is stored on a server located in France, in folders that cannot be reached from the web, and accessible only to the ARTIP team after authentication.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your personal data, its rectification, its erasure or its portability by writing to repro@artip-communication.fr. We reply within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party audience measurement tools. Two technical cookies may be set: one to remember the language you have chosen, the other to keep your session open if you sign in to your customer account. The Contact page embeds Google Maps: displaying it may transmit technical data such as your IP address and browser to Google, under Google's privacy rules. A direct directions link is also provided.
